I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The rooms were fabulous, facing the beach with a balcony, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The overall experience was exceptional, making my stay very pleasant. However, the dining options were a bit underwhelming. The location was superb, right by the beach with convenient amenities, although it could get a bit crowded during breakfast hours. The service was outstanding, with a highly professional and pleasant team always ready to assist, although my reservation was momentarily misplaced. The facilities were well-maintained, with everything in top shape, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel was decent, with a few issues, but overall not bad. The room had a slight urine smell on one side of the bed, and though the AC unit was small and struggled to cool the room adequately, the location was convenient for exploring the nearby strip during Beaches Weekend. The staff was polite and accommodating, giving us a 10% discount for the inconvenience during busy graduation season. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a decent selection, while the facilities were basic.
